EAM Work Order Life Cycle Settings

Configure the life cycle settings for all work orders to maintain consistent management and enforce standards across tasks.

  1. Go to Admin > EAM Work Order Life Cycle Settings.

  2. Modify the settings:

    • Enable reactive activities: Select Yes to allow reactive activities on incomplete work orders or No to disable them.

      To use reactive activities, you must enable them for specific asset categories.

    • Display asset condition at job complete: Select Yesto require displaying asset status and condition when you complete a work order.

      This is essential for enforcing PPM asset details.

    • Edit reported problem type auto select priority: Select Yes to automatically set the priority according to the selected problem type when you edit work orders. This setting ensures that only the specified priority for a problem type applies, restricting manual priority changes.

  3. Click Save.
